Amongst The Redwoods

This post comes to you not from Amongst The Oaks, but amongst the redwoods. We are camping our way through Oregon. We have seen Ashland (where we drank the Lithia water), Medford, Crater Lake, the Rogue Gorge, Diamond Lake, seven covered bridges in Cottage Grove, Corvallis, and now Waldport.
Hope to catch up with you all soon. Signing out from the beautiful Oregon coast.

I am going to have to go back into your past blogs. You seem to be an interesting person. Anyone brave enough to go to China, well, let's just say we must be kindred spirits!
Did you LOVE Ashland?

Crater Lake is sooo lovely...we went camping along the same route you took many years ago, and it was so memorable. One memorable part of it was that we strayed off the main road near Diamond Lake, thinking we were heading to a campground, but it turned out to be a logging road with nowhere to turn around with our trailer. We finally stopped at one of the little wider spots, unhooked our Starcraft and manually turned it around. I had visions of it hurtling down that mountain!

Hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing time together. I can't think of a prettier place to visit. Maybe you will share some pictures with us, of the beauty of it all.
