I made quiche last night for dinner. Sometimes I forget how wonderful it is and don't cook it for a while, but I rememberd again last night why I love it.
A whole pound of bacon.

Crumbled into the flaky pastry.

Lots of cheese.

Custard and nutmeg.

Definitely looks like "perfection" to me! I wanted to crawl through the computer this Friday morning. The hot cup of coffee is in my hand...the quiche would be the best addition.
