Flowers of Oregon

I think this is the last bit of our Oregon vacation that I have to share with you. The flowers were wonderful - weeds and all. These were in Medford at our friends' house.

And these were at Shore Acres Gardens.

So glad you had a great time and I enjoyed reading all about it!!

The first two are 'interesting' .. I've driven through Medford but only stayed at hotels.

Dry over there ...

Another post that enjoys floral photography. The flowers you have pictured must be unique to your state. I never saw some of them before. It seems like you had a lovely trip in Oregon. I especially liked covered bridges.

the very top photo is what we call teasel. In the past its seed heads/bracts were used to brush the cloth of snooker (like pool but bigger) tables because the little hooks raise the nap on woollen cloths
