Hi, I live in Lodi and stumbled upon your blog. I love your photos. On the end of West Sargeant Rd in Lodi at the intersection of Ray Rd. (You go down Ray Rd off of Hwy 12 quite near to Phillip's Farms.) Anyway, there is a gigantic wisteria that has grown up an old oak tree. It is in front of a little old farm house. The blooms must be up at least 30 feet in the air. The base of the wisteria is way bigger than I could get my arms around. If you are out and about, you'd enjoy it.
P.S. I live in a Tudor cottage in old downtown Lodi. It is a great place. I have a mud room I hope to turn into something like your laundry room someday. have a great weekend.
